Weinstein was reportedly eating out with his recovery coach when another customer, named Steve, approached him and asked to take a photo. Weinstein and Steve shock hands, said the manager, and both resumed dining. It was then that Steve instructed his friend to turn on his cellphone and start recording as he approached the disgraced producer, TMZ reported. Video of the incident, obtained by TMZ, shows Weinstein stumbling in shock before gaining his footing. The manager said the two shook hands and Weinstein went back to stuffing his fat, disgusting face.

As Weinstein makes an attempt to leave, he notices that he's being filmed by someone else in the restaurant.

Police don't need Weinstein to approve a criminal investigation - especially one with video evidence.

Weinstein has spent much of his time in Arizona since the explosive sexual assault and harassment allegations against him came to light previous year. Later in the night, the assailant, who was reportedly intoxicated, attacked Weinstein.

TMZ reported that the man behind the camera asked Weinstein if he wanted to call the police, but Weinstein declined and everyone went their separate ways.
